Deepa is a natural Visionary Leader who lives her life in Congruence with the principle of Success with Life Balance. Deepa is an empath , a natural Coach and finds great joy in offering a sacred holding space for any individual who seeks her presence. An HR professional with over 15 years of experience, who quit her high paying corporate job in alignment with her Life Purpose “To make a difference to humanity by enhancing their Wellbeing and Self Mastery”. Her journey began with the exploration of Self Mastery for herself first and she has been an intense Self-researcher and Spiritual Seeker for over a decade now. Her core quest of discovering “Who am I” has led her to practising over 40 different self-inquiry techniques which she has applied on self and now shares with her clients.

Deepa has completed her Masters in Psychology and Masters in Human Resources. She has a one year certification in Expressive arts therapy where she combines arts in the healing process thereby bringing wellbeing and lightness in her clients. She integrates her HR experience, training & research in Psychology and Expressive Arts and her Empathetic Presence to hold the sacred Coaching space for her clients. She has offered Emotional wellbeing coaching sessions for other organisations during the first wave of the pandemic. Emotional wellbeing coaching

  1. The objective of the session is to provide an unconditional space for employees to share vulnerably what emotions and thoughts they are currently experiencing
  2. The first session begins with a short rapport building and grounding exercise followed by the employee sharing their emotions. The Coach to hold unconditional listening space.
  3. Second session onwards, the employee can bring any aspect of their life they would like to process or gain insight on or share to experience lightness.
  4. The Coach to also provide any interventions, if necessary, so that the employee can de-stress and live with lightness and self-care. 5. All discussions in the sacred coaching space will be kept strictly confidential.

The Safe Space -Group Coaching

The Safe Space is an initiative to enable the employees of the organization have a safe space manned by professionals to share, listen and learn about a particular Mental Health topic in a group setting . Salient Features of Group Coaching ➢ Provides a unique environment: An offering to employees that enables them to be a part of group which provides support and help during difficult and stressful times ➢ A professional space to express and explore intense difficult emotions and other mental health issues like o Fear o Grief o Anger o Sadness o Loneliness ➢ Explore issues in depth: A safe space that focuses on a specific issue or theme ➢ A sacred container to reflect on the learnings from other members experiencing similar difficult emotions ➢ Promotes a feeling of togetherness: Helps instill hope and universality in employees on how one is not alone ➢ Promotes a feeling of empowerment: Helps build confidence and self-mastery making one feel more in control ➢ Promotes growth and change: Members provide different perspectives, solutions, inspirations, and insights that help in facilitating change and growth

Enhancing Mental Health and wellbeing

Context The 2 nd outbreak of the pandemic has resulted in lot of changes in the physical, psychological, social and career environments for the employees. Employees are dealing with losses in their personal life as well as dealing with the challenges the professional environment is posing due to the lockdown. The Need While the reality in the outer has been established and its impact is being experienced every day, there is lot going on in the inner world of individuals (employee). In their inner, they could be experiencing - Intense emotions – fear, anxiety, vulnerability, hopelessness, helplessness, longing for normalcy and more - Decreased energy levels – due to worry and overthinking - Extreme sense of grief - Fear of their job security All the above are energy suckers, depleting energy thereby increasing fatigue, stress and decreasing work effectiveness. In short, the energy that is supposed to be utilised in dealing with the current crisis and stay afloat and think with resilience is being consumed in heavy emotional stress (which is invisible). Wellbeing is a state of feeling healthy, joyous and happy. It is a state of health at the physical level, energetic level, emotional level, intellectual level and spiritual level. Restoring normalcy isn’t a phenomenon of the outer, but one of our inner. If we can feel energised, irrespective of the outer scenario, that is wellbeing and that contributes to feeling resourceful amidst stress.
